Weroform processes plastics into high-quality building products on a wide range of plastic extrusion lines. Several co-extruders are used in the extrusion lines to add other plastics (soft PVC, TPE, and others) to the main profile.
The following manufacturing steps are done “inline” in the extrusion line:
Co-extrusion of different plastics Applying adhesive tapes Single-item labeling profile labeling Melting and bonding of technical meshes profile perforation Roughening of surfaces
Aluminum and steel strips, plates, and foils are formed, punched, embossed, bent, joined, and riveted on numerous stamping and profiling machines.
Variable production allows for the manufacture of a wide range of special profiles.
In order to manufacture construction products effectively, Weroform develops and builds most of its production equipment itself. Special production machines enable series production of

Sustainability
As a plastics processing manufacturing company, we are very aware of our environmental responsibility and are committed to sustainable business practices. Responsibility towards the creation is close to our hearts and is continuously and actively practiced.
Raw materials: Production waste is 100% recycled, use of recycled materials where technically feasible; aluminum from certified sustainable production. Manufacturing: Production processes and equipment are consistently optimized according to energy and raw material saving criteria. Packaging: Our cardboard packaging is neutral and optimally recyclable. Logistic: We continuously consolidate deliveries to keep CO2 emissions as low as possible.
